Junior E-Business Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS as Junior E-Business Specialist, who will be a part of E-Commerce Department and will be involved in all related activities across global sites, supporting team with execution of the online strategy and goals. 

 

Responsibilities

-    Omnichannel launch support (Manhattan) : use of the Manhattan platform for transaction and return management and Salesforce setup for omnichannel service activation on the retail network.

-    HP/Landing management (Salesforce):  creation and updating of HP (homepage), project pages, and collection pages with material collections from various departments (sales, collection launches, campaigns, etc.).

-    Website monitoring for debugging: continuous monitoring of the entire website to identify malfunctions or development regressions.

-    Contentsquare: after a training period, the tool is expected to be used to analyse the site for usability and then test new UX/UI features and improvements.

-    Sales and Private Sale activation: creation of galleries with discounted products, creation of promotions on SSFC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), activation/deactivation of markdown following the company-wide shared calendar.

-    Support in new feature development: compilation of detailed tasks (in English) to describe new features, bugs, or regressions to communicate with the IT Department and subsequent monitoring of resolution progress until pre-go live testing.

-    Promocode creation: creation of promocodes on SSFC for specific promotional actions targeting clients or client segments.

-    Newsletter creation and sending: management of the entire email marketing flow via Adobe Campaign for e-commerce, retail, and outlet (collection of visual materials and text, translation management, template population, creation of various versions, testing, and scheduling sending).

-    Transaction and return management: monitoring of order and return flow with problem resolution through interface with operations and IT Department.


Requirements and Qualifications
 
•    Degree in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related studies
•    1/2 years of experience working on similar roles in an international environment
•    Thrive for improving procedures and find solutions to problems, with a data-driven approach
•    Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among   colleagues and external partners
•    Well-developed understanding for data analysis and interpretation, as well as for eCommerce technological platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,  Adobe Campaign, Manhattan, AB Tasty, Salesforce, Adyen and Jira
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Passionate about the fashion and luxury industry would be a plus
