We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Milan
You will support our HR Team in all daily activities and ongoing projects, making sure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Main Resposibilities
•    Support the Line to facilitate people life cycle management;
•    Be in charge of all HR key processes (talent acquisition and recruitment; performance management and reward; career and individual development; training, workforce planning and budgeting etc);
•    Be involved in full life cycle recruitment;
•    If needed, support the HR Team in related administrative tasks

Your profile:
•    Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies
•    At least 2 years HR experience;
•    Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;
•    Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for work quality;
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
•    Fluent in English
