We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Visual Merchandiser to join our Global Visual Merchandising team in Milan. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creative execution and consistency of our brand’s visual identity across global retail spaces.

As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting the rollout of VM strategies, maintaining brand integrity across regions, and ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional product presentation. You will collaborate closely with regional teams, the merchandising department, and other key stakeholders to translate the creative vision into impactful in-store displays.

Key Activities:

• Support the development and execution of Visual Merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines and seasonal creative direction
• Ensure the correct and timely implementation of VM concepts across stores and showrooms globally, following HQ instructions and deadlines
• Collaborate with regional VM teams to uphold visual standards and consistency across all markets
• Analyze and review photo reports submitted by Regions, offering constructive feedback to enhance in-store product storytelling
• Act as a point of reference for Regional VM teams, supporting their local needs while ensuring alignment with global strategies
• Work cross-functionally with the Merchandising team to collect product information and prepare for seasonal collections setup
• Assist in the creation of visual guidelines, tools, and materials to support store teams
• Participate in showroom and store setups during key moments (seasonal launches, events, training sessions)
• Support with administrative tasks and project coordination as required

Skills and Experience:

• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury standards
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a strong plus
