JUNIOR GRAPHIC & PRINTS DESIGNER

At Diesel Design Studio, located in Milano (MI), we are looking for a Junior Graphic & Prints Designer with a strong attitude and interest to the Contemporary and Sportswear field.
This person will be placed within the Graphic Design team and will take an active role to support the graphic design activities for all the Diesel Fashion Collection design and development (regular collection, special projects, capsules). 
In particular, he/she will work on the design and technical execution of graphics to be placed on Apparel and accessories products, any category, supporting the Graphic Design and the Fashion Design team on the definition of artworks, placement on product, color combinations and anything related to the graphic application, trims included.

Responsibilities:
•    Conduct trend research – looking for ideas concept, colorways, details, textures, print and embroidery techniques, from vintage to the most innovative materials;
•    Design and rendering artworks for Collection and special project across all product Categories, by hands and/or using Adobe Suite;
•    Fitting and launching styles to production, atelier and factories in relation to animation execution, always in compliance with apparel design team;
•    General assistance during development process meeting and collection presentation;
•    Maintaining and updating documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to details.

Requirements:
•    Degree in Fashion, graphic & print Design is required;
•    Good skills of prints and embroidery techniques;
•    Strong and precise eye for graphic design and communication
•    Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly of Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design;
•    Be up to speed on current graphic design trends and best practices;
•    Good level of English, both spoken and written;
•    Creative, proactive and relationship-oriented team worker;
•    Accurate and flexible approach to work;
•    Hand and Computer drawing illustrations; 
•    entry level knowledge of pattern making;
•    knowledge about AI generated artworks.

Location: Milan (MI)

Compensation & Level:
•    CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°
•    Salary range (gross annual): €32.000 - €38.000
•    Variable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
