PPC Specialist

At Diesel (Milan) we are looking for a PPC Specialist with strong technical expertise, and an analytical mindset to lead Paid campaigns at a global scale. He/She will be part of the E-commerce Department, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities:
•    Design, implement, and optimize Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing;
•    Use Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns;
•    Monitor KPIs, create in-depth reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS;
•    Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
•    Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance;
•    Contribute to the development of strategies for new international markets and audiences;
•    Build new synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders;
•    Drive innovation by proposing new tools and/or innovative approaches.

Requirements:
•    4 years of experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns;
•    Strong knowledge of SA360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager;
•    Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (a plus) or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager;
•    Background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued;
•    Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets;
•    Fluent English; native or advanced Italian. The knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus.
