We are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of  love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers.

The company is built on the core belief of hiring brilliant, capable individuals, providing them with the necessary context, and implicitly trusting them to deliver their best work. It is an environment that champions the freedom to innovate, experiment, and make decisions, expecting in return a profound sense of personal responsibility. Every team member own their outcomes, learn from their mistakes, and drive high performance.

To actively build, nurture, and protect this unique ecosystem, the organization is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner.

Rather than acting as a traditional policy enforcer, this professional will serve as a strategic coach, a cultural ambassador, and a trusted advisor to the team. They will partner seamlessly with managers to cultivate a leadership style based on context, joining forces to foster a safe space where taking risks is encouraged and candid, constructive feedback is the norm. As the company continues to grow, this individual will act as the vital guardian who ensures the culture scales effectively alongside the business.

In day-to-day responsibilities, the People & Culture Business Partner will dive deep into the operations to fully understand exactly what the teams need to thrive. Acting as a strategic sounding board, P&C BP will collaborate closely with leaders to design robust organizational structures and proactively cultivate talent. This involves guiding development strategies, helping individuals navigate their professional growth, and ensuring they have the resources to take true ownership of their career paths. Beyond structural strategy, this professional will adeptly navigate complex human dynamics. Whether coaching a manager on how to deliver difficult feedback, designing initiatives that boost team connection, or mediating complex conflicts, the P&C BP will consistently filter solutions through the company's core values. Furthermore, will continuously "read the room" by utilizing both data and qualitative insights to pulse-check the work environment, ensuring the team remains deeply engaged and fully aligned with the overarching mission.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned People Partner— typically bringing roughly five to seven years of relevant experience — who naturally thrives in dynamic environments where ambiguity is embraced, and rules are deliberately kept to a minimum. The candidates possess a deep understanding of human dynamics seamlessly paired with sharp business acumen, allowing to communicate with a balance of radical candor and deep empathy. This individual must be completely comfortable challenging leadership when necessary, possessing the emotional intelligence required to navigate highly sensitive situations with grace. Above all, the successful candidate must fundamentally believe in the organization's guiding philosophy: recognizing that when people are given genuine trust and freedom, they will consistently reward the organization with exceptional responsibility and results. In return, the company offers a workplace where professionals are valued as capable adults and are expected to act accordingly. The chosen candidate will be given the autonomy to shape this role, the space to challenge the status quo, and the platform to make a tangible, lasting impact on the company's future.
