Reporting hierarchically to the Europe CEO and functionally to the Global Architecture Director, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our European team as Senior Interior Design Manager Europe.
As a Senior Interior Design Manager Europe at Diesel, your mission is to lead the development and execution of our retail store projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local requirements. You will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality to deliver exceptional retail environments that embody our brand's vision while adhering to the highest standards of functionality. In this role, you will also oversee a direct report, fostering professional growth and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities

Under the technical supervision of the Global Architecture Director and working in business partnership with the relevant stakeholders, execute the projects within the European perimeter, translating the brand image and the business needs into immersive store experiences;

Translate the Europe CEO business goals in a strategic plan through a precise capex, time and resources;

Coordinate the design of the stores liaising between HQ Architecture Department and Regional team

Partner with local engineers to ensure designs and construction meet local regulations and compliance standards such as safety requirements;

Ensure suppliers are meeting promised deadlines, ensure business partners and other stakeholders are updated with progress and any potential delays;

Create and manage progress reports, project schedules, and budget revisions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that business partners and stakeholders are consistently updated;

Maintain accurate records of project and material costs and conduct site visits for evaluations and punch list assessments.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field

5-8 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience creating architectural drawings (from development of general plans to more detailed drawings)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

English Proficiency, both written and spoken.

Up to 30% travel
