We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead the visual merchandising strategy across Southern European markets.This role plays a pivotal part in driving commercial performance and brand consistency across Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale channels. Based in Milan and reporting to the Head of VM Europe, the successful candidate will be a creative leader and brand ambassador with a strong understanding of regional market nuances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a consistent visual merchandising strategy across all stores in Southern Europe.
  • Adapt global guidelines to local needs, considering cultural and commercial specificities of each country.
  • Coordinate regional visual merchandising teams, ensuring training, alignment, and operational support.
  • Plan and oversee the visual activity calendar, including seasonal changes, new openings, and special campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers and Store Managers to monitor the impact of visual strategies on sales and engagement.
  • Supervise visual projects with local suppliers, including layouts and window displays.
  • Monitor visual and commercial KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Diesel’s values and DNA.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in visual merchandising within modern and international retail environments.
  • Creative and design skills combined with analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is mandatory, with knowledge of other European languages considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
