The Allocator plays a vital role in aligning product distribution with our business goals. This role demands strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of product performance. The Allocator is responsible for optimizing inventory distribution across all channels to drive sales, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory, while collaborating closely with the merchandising and planning teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective allocation strategies by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and inventory levels across all channels.
- Adjust allocations to support product launches, promotions, and seasonality while maintaining inventory balance.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to execute initial allocations, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for reallocation.
- Work closely with the Planning team to manage model stocks of essential programs and provide quarterly replenishment forecasts.
- Maintain weekly reporting on stock to sales, seasonal allocation at floor set and store level.
- Manage communication with the logistics team and distribution center to ensure timely product delivery.
- Attend business reviews, product reviews, store visits, and other business meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with store operation for store communication of store-to-store transfers and end-of-season transfers.
- Collaborate with regional and store teams regarding product requests and special event needs.
Qualifications:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years Allocation/Inventory experience
- Excellent Excel and Retail Math skills - ad hoc reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and accuracy with high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to flex across shifting priorities
- Ideal candidate would have experience is RPAS planning system, Microsoft Power BI, S3k inventory management support.

Salary Range: $70-75k
