Purpose:Â
The Assistant, Marketing & Events - OTB North America plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and high-end events. This role collaborates closely with retail teams and external partners to ensure that every client experience and brand activation reflects the brand’s values of excellence, sophistication, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of regional and boutique-level marketing initiatives in line with global brand strategy.
- Coordinate marketing materials (e.g., invitations, signage, in-store displays, digital assets) ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support CRM and database management for marketing communications, client outreach, and event invitations.
- Help track marketing campaign performance and compile reports on ROI, engagement, and client feedback.
- Maintain strong dialogue with local Marketing Departments in Retail & Wholesale network for adequate brand asset distribution and to ensure brand has opportunity to participate in property-wide initiatives (press, social media, etc)
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events, client experiences, and brand activations (e.g., product launches, VIP gatherings, trunk shows).
- Coordinate event production elements - budget, invitations, photographer, catering, production, venue rental, rsvp management, run of show, partnership contracts, gift orders, etc.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Create Activity Reports (Pre-Event Proposals & Post-Event Recaps)
- Maintain in-house Marketing Contact Database & Calendar events (Regional, Celebrity, Social, National Holidays, Cultural)
- Process vendor invoices and assist with budget tracking.
- Support coordination between retail, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing consistency.
- Manage inventory of marketing collateral, event props, and branded materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, ideally within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or hospitality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems a plus.
- A refined aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury brand environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and maintain connections with media contacts and influencers.
