The brands produced and sold by Brave Kid are distributed in over 50 countries and 1,000 points of sale in key department stores and leading specialized stores across Europe, America and Asia.
Already counting on a strong wholesale distribution base, the company is studying the retail development of some of the brands it manages, to further establish their presence and visibility all around the world.
 

This person has 3+ years’ experience working in a dynamic ecommerce team employing best practices, displays strong attention to detail, works with a sense of urgency and are skilled in merchandising and data analysis. Ability to work on multiple projects at once, taking ownership and initiative.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Merchandising:

  • Partner closely with Senior Manager and HQ teams to develop overall site strategy in order to grow US business
  • Responsible for strategic product ranking and merchandising strategy on three OTB sites, ensuring the site is visually compelling and optimized for revenue and conversion
  • Work with buying team during market to guarantee depth and proper assortment based on historical data
  • Continuous audit of site to ensure merchandising of collections is correct and images are accurate
  • Oversee and maintain day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including product and promotional launches
  • Partner with CRM to propose product pushes based on market needs and ensure landing pages are merchandised to maximize email revenue
  • Partner with Digital Production team for special collaborations and on-site content
  • Liaise with the planning teams to ensure stock levels support digital sales initiatives
  • Partner with HQ teams to recommend and implement CRO and A/B testing
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform product and site strategies
  • Analyze product and content performance using Adobe Analytics, BI data, and Content Square to optimize the site and merchandising strategy
  • Run weekly shipping and product availability report to understand missing product on site
  • Analyze the customer experience and make suggestions to optimize conversion rate

Operations:

  • Ensure stock points are processing shipments in a timely manner
  • Provide support for the store and warehouse teams
  • Coordinate packaging replenishment requests with warehouse and Omni Channel stores
  • Partner with Senior Manager training stores on Omni Channel features and best practices
  • Monitor fulfillment data to ensure healthy balance from all stock points
  • Manage external customer service agency and answer all escalations

 

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of in E-Commerce (Digital Merchandising preferred)
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written to voice opportunities for optimization
  • Experience with large datasets, reading and making informed decisions through analysis
  • Strong communication skills, follow through and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience working on an E-Commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square)

Salary Range - $75k-$80k
