HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator, OTB Group ( Diesel, Maison Margiela, Jil Sander), is responsible for assisting and supporting the administration of processes and key deliverables that relate to the priorities of the Human Resources function. 


HR Administration and Operational Support:
•    Assist HRBP team with all aspects of general administrative work, which includes generating new hire & termination paperwork, maintaining employee files, developing spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned;
•    Accurately maintain data in SuccessFactors database/systems regarding the HR information system, associate productivity, timekeeping, PTO, and other information;
•    Prepare employee letters as needed (i.e. Verification, Offer, Promotion, Title Change, Salary Change);
•    Oversee new hire preparations and set-up, inclusive of orientation, new hire paperwork collection, ID cards;
•    Maintain onboarding systems for accuracy in process flow and update documentation as necessary (i.e. SuccessFactors);
•    Other duties and projects as required supporting the overall needs of the business;
•    Maintain department calendar and facilitate meetings;
•    Monitor, respond and forward inquiries from the Human Resources dedicated email inbox;
•    Maintain ad hoc recordkeeping, reporting and support as needed.


Talent Acquisition & Development Support:
•    Support the recruitment process: open requisitions and screen potential candidates;
•    Manage all job postings across Successfactors platform;
•    Generate offer letters & new hiring paperwork;
•    Support new hires and facilitate onboarding sessions;
•    Assist with implementation of associate engagement/recognition projects and programs;
•    Support and help facilitate culture champions within brand.


QUALIFICATIONS:
•    1 to 2 years HR experience;
•    Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required;
•    Capable of working independently or as a member of the team;
•    Personal professionalism and sense of accountability, always maintains confidentiality of information;
•    Detailed-oriented and consistently accurate with excellent organization;
•    Demonstrated ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment;
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
•    Flexible and creative problem solver, ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision;
•    Acute sense of urgency, prompt follow-up with a customer service philosophy;
•    Creates credibility by consistently delivering on commitments;
•    Readily adapts and is a champion for change with capability to thrive in matrix organization;
•    Ability to occasionally work evenings or early mornings as required.

 

Salary Range - $60,000-$65,000
