Overview
• To be involved in the provision of a comprehensive and professional Human Resource service to all Head office and Retail associates. To help ensure that objective, consistent and up-to-date advice is given, and that best practice is always maintained. To promote and manage Human Resource payroll policies and practices proactively with all Managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP WorkforceNow for all stores, corporate office and subsidiaries
• Ensure that all relevant information for the current payroll period has been reviewed and processed by deadline.
• Enter all new hires, changes and terminations, garnishments/liens, and direct deposits
• Review and reconcile all payroll adjustments, commission, inventory/monthly bonuses before beginning the process to ADP.
• Review all tax information before processing
• Process manual checks for terminations when necessary for the states requiring immediate pay.
• Monitor security access and issue it to supervisors as requested by manager, area manager.
• Monitor managers and asst managers logins assuring they are in compliance with Ezlabor policy
• Run ad hoc reports on a biweekly basis and e-mail to stores, area managers and HR business partners.
• Run payroll summary report after exporting hours for checks and balances
• Have knowledge of ADP Custom and SuccessFactors Time and Attendance Reporting
• Assist with payroll tax preparation and reports (monthly, quarterly and Year End) for federal, state and financial audits as required.
EMPLOYEE DOCUMENTATION
• Ensuring that the Payroll Function has all forms of documentation accessible to employees as requested.
• Support in the adjustments/amendments of employees annual tax statements
GENERAL PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
• Maintaining an organized and updated filing system for all Payroll functions
• Faxing, copying, answering emails and phone calls, shredding
• Ad hoc responsibilities as requested.
• Prepare Quarterly wages to report to the State (NY,CA,FL,NV,HI,PA)

EDUCATION/LINCENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
• 4 Yr Degree in HR or FINANCE, or equivalent combination of education and experience
GENERAL REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years experience in Payroll and payroll processing
• ADP pay expert
• SuccessFactors experience preferred

Salary Range $65-75k
