Regional Visual Manager

As the Regional Visual Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing and achieving net sales through impactful and inspiring Visual presentations that are in line with the global visual merchandising guidelines while upholding the overall brand experience. 

You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and standards within the Retail & Outlet channels through coaching, training and development of store teams in partnership with the Regional Field teams. 

You are seen as the Brand ambassador by instilling and demonstrating our Diesel DNA & Values. 

Overall Job Responsibilities: 
•    Reporting to and partnering with the Director of Visual Merchandising North America to implement all Diesel brand visual merchandising guidelines while using discretion and judgement to modify HO and HQ guidelines to support each store’s business needs
•    Traveling 51% or more of your work week to be hands on in stores to maximize and drive sales through VM in partnership with the Regional Field Manager and store teams
•    Utilizing technology and various forms of communication to support stores business needs and upholding of visual standards when not in stores
•    Establishing priorities and regional initiatives through VM with Regional Field Managers
•    Hands on in-store merchandising, mannequin styling and window installations to launch new collections & during store refreshes to support local business needs
•    Collaborate with Interior Design and Home Office team on the planning and executing of new store openings, pop ups, and refits
•    Creating and providing photo recaps/reports from store visits & key projects with Home Office partners in order to illustrate overview of the stores & business driven VM initiatives and accomplishments
•    Support with special projects (NYC Showroom set up, Tradeshows, Marketing events)

General Required Experiences

•    2+ year’s experience managing and leading a team
•    Creative Experience: styling, merchandising, and/or art background
•    College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Experience in delivering training
•    Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of the workweek) 
•    Ability & authorization to drive a motor vehicle
•    Proficiency in Microsoft (Word & Excel), Mac (Keynote) & basic knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

•    Strong Communication and networking skills, with ability to motivate, persuade, & instill enthusiasm
•    Comfortable with presenting and speaking in front of audience
•    Knowledge of Denim and associated trends/brands 
•    Passion for the brand and ability to serve as a brand ambassador
•    Exposure to wholesale and specialty accounts


Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000
