Staff International SpA is looking for an HR Intern for its Headquarter in Noventa Vicentina (VI).
He/ she will provide support to the HR Business Partner on search and selection activities.

The candidate will gain direct knowledge and experience in recruiting activities for all functions (operations & commercial), working closely with the HR Business Partner and the line managers.


He/she will support the Team in the following activities:
•    Recruitment and hiring processes (identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, participation in job applications screening and phone/face to face interviews, and administrative support in hiring activities);



Job Requirements
•    Recent degree in Economics or Psychology
•    Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn other IT systems rapidly;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic and evolving work environment;
•    Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. 
•    Ability to multi-task with accuracy and effectiveness, managing unexpected work-related changes;
•    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way.
