Mission

Il/La Junior Merchandiser supporta il team Merchandising nelle attività tecniche e analitiche, contribuendo all’accuratezza dei dati di prodotto, alla gestione dei flussi d’ordine e al monitoraggio delle performance commerciali.

Principali responsabilità

• Elaborazione/analisi dati statistici (su venduti, strutture di collezione, etc.);
• Supporto nella preparazione del briefing di collezione;
• Supporto nelle presentazioni della collezione alla forza vendite;
• Supporto nell'attività di pricing;
• Monitoraggio andamento campagne vendita;
• Merchandising e segmentazione del prodotto.

Competenze richieste

• Forte interesse per il settore e percorso formativo strutturato in ambito moda/retail (es. master in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Retail Management);
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel (pivot, cerca x, formule base);
• Conoscenze base di KPI retail (sell-through, stock, sell-out);
• Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e metodo;
• Buona capacità di gestione delle priorità;
• Proattività e voglia di apprendere;
• Attitudine al lavoro in team.
