OTB Spa – parent company of iconic brand Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, Amiri, Jil Sander and state-of-the-art companies Staff International and Brave Kid – is looking for a highly motivated Junior ERP Software Specialist to join the IT Department working with the Production, Sales and Distribution areas.

The Junior ERP Software Specialist will join the IT ERP Applications Corporate team and her/his main location will be at OTB’s local unit by Staff International HQ in Noventa Vicentina (VI). 

Job Responsibilities

The Junior ERP Software Specialist will be responsible for:

• Supporting end users in resolving software and process issues communicated by tickets, telephone calls, email communication, orally, diagnosing software problems and performing troubleshooting activities and fixing activities;
• Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to facilitate a timely resolution; relying on knowledge and professional discretion to fix the issues;
• Supporting end users giving information about software functions and helping other IT team members during software tests, UATs, releases, as well as during user trainings;
• Providing, together with senior colleagues, face-to-face consultation to affected stakeholders and departments on specific software areas;
• Helping defining improvements on Corporate applications.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent degree;
• At least 1-year experience in a similar position. Knowledge and experience with Stealth3000 ERP, both technical area and application area, is an absolute plus; knowledge of SQL and programming languages is appreciated;
• Fluency in English – written and spoken;
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and good teamwork skills;
• High attentions to details and problem-solving attitude;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a must.
