Staff International è alla ricerca di una figura di responsabile dello sviluppo prodotto Maglieria dedicato al brand Maison Margiela.

La persona inserita si occuperà principalmente di:

• Gestire l’intero ciclo di sviluppo prodotto Knitwear: prototipia, campionario, fitting e sblocco produzione;
• Collaborare con il team Design ;
• Selezionare filati e fornitori, monitorando qualità, costi, tempi e fattibilità;
• Partecipare ai fitting;
• Coordinare e gestire il team dedicato;
• Negoziare con i fornitori e monitorare l’avanzamento dei campionari;
• Supportare analisi di costi e marginalità;

Requisiti:

• Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nello sviluppo prodotto Maglieria, preferibilmente in contesti luxury / fashion;
• Solide competenze tecniche su: filati, tecniche di maglieria, processi produttivi, macchine per la maglieria;
• Competenze di costificazione e analisi delle tempistiche produttive;
• Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi PLM e Stealth 3000;
• Inglese fluente, la conoscenza del Francese sarà considerata un plus;
• Disponibilità a viaggiare;
• Spiccate doti di collaborazione, problem solving, attenzione al dettaglio e flessibilità.
