CRM Project Manager

Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

As part of the Client & Digital team and reporting to the Chief Client and Digital Officer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing CRM projects aimed at optimizing customer knowledge and engagement within the context of accelerating our omnichannel client strategy.

CRM & Campaign Management
•    Develop Client Journeys by segment and customer group.
•    Partner with Merchandising, Communication, Retail and other departments to coordinate the Client Communication Campaigns
•    Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring of newsletter marketing campaigns, defined in collaboration with the E-Commerce and Communication teams (integration into the tool, targeting proposals, tracking, delivery schedule coordination, etc.).
•    Define automated marketing strategies and work with the Tech team to ensure the proper implementation through email and other channels
•    Provide KPIs and Analysis of CRM activities and campaigns
•    Conduct competitive intelligence to suggest innovative CRM campaign ideas.
Client Data and Knowledge 
•    Define and lead actions to improve the quality and quantity of client data, with the objective of having a 360 view of the client behaviour 
•    Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze the customer purchasing behavior, share insights with other departments, and identify engagement actions for our clients.

We are looking for someone with: 

 •    Master's degree from a business school or university in Digital Marketing or Communication.
•    5 years experience in CRM, project management, or customer marketing, preferably in the Fashion/Luxury industry.
•    Strong affinity for Fashion and Luxury.

•    Proficiency with CRM software/campaign management and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Adobe, Splio). Knowledge of a customer data platform tool would be a plus.
•    Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Detail-oriented, methodical, responsive, flexible, and thorough.
•    Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and ideally in French
