Responsabilités :

En tant que Senior Sales Associate, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création d'une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Vos responsabilités comprendront, mais ne seront pas limitées à :

- Accueillir, conseiller la clientèle 
- Participer à la réalisation des objectifs de vente 
- Participer au merchandising et organisation de la boutique 
- Suivre les stocks et réassorts 
- Développer et suivre un fichier clients

- Gerer les problematiques de Services Apres-Vente si necessaire

- Transmettre une expertise à l'équipe junior

Profil recherché :

- Expérience avérée dans la vente

- Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client

- Passion pour la mode et connaissance des dernières tendances

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe

- Bon niveau d'anglais la maîtrise d'une troisième langue est un plus
