Internship HR - Paris

Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.
Our HR department based in Paris is looking for a motivated intern to support the HR function, reporting to the Head of Human Resources France, Belgium, UK & Nordic, on operational and administrative tasks, as well as to provide support in the delivery on the main HR related projects involving the European Region, in order to support the retail business at best.
Activities
Proactively support the delivery of core HR Processes into the business:
• Support in recruitment and hiring processes: identification of staffing needs and potential sources of recruitment, participation in application screening and telephone interviews/individual interviews, administrative support in recruitment activities, induction programs and training for newly hired staff;
• The main activities of Retail HR world: Reporting, data processing and archiving;
• Prepare monthly reports and interface with the HR Payroll team for monthly closing requirements;
• Assist and guide employees on company policies, HR programs and administrative matters to ensure that requests are handled in a consistent and timely manner, in accordance with internal policies and national laws/regulations;
• Support employees with any HR queries or requirements related to HR processes;
• Ensure the relevant HR Internal System database is up to date;
• Support and delivery and execution of all HR related projects.
Requirements
• Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Italian is a plus;
• A team player and trustful person with the ability to form sound relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, with the ability to handle confidential information;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Digital and analytical mindset;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work with proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly with Power Point and Excel.
