La persona ricercata, inserita all’interno del reparto montaggio, avrà modo di occuparsi delle seguenti attività:
•    Operazioni di montaggio della calzatura;
•    Assemblaggio dei vari componenti (soletta, tomaia, puntale, tacchi, fondi);
•    Attività di premonta a mano e con macchinari a controllo numerico;
•    Chiusura dei fianchi e delle linee compresa la chiusura a calziera del retro della calzatura;
•    Attività di ribattitura, grattatura e applicazione tacchi;
•    Controllo qualità del montaggio effettuato e segnalazione di eventuali difetti.

Requisiti richiesti:
•    Consolidata esperienza pregressa di almeno 5-8 anni nel ruolo e settore calzaturiero per marchi di lusso;
•    Elevate competenze tecniche sulle componenti della calzatura, delle fasi di lavorazioni e varie tecniche di montaggio;
•    Esperienza su varie tipologie di calzature Uomo/Donna (dressy, sneakers, fussbett, ecc.)
•    Flessibilità, lavoro in team e professionalità sono requisiti fondamentali.
