Job Title : Logistics Manager ~ Sr. Manager – Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni

Report to : APAC Logistic Head

Location : Seoul, Korea

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Logistics Operation Management

• Oversee 3PL warehouse operation in terms of inventory accuracy, on-time delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, logistics quality inspection, documents & data accuracy
• Manage compliance for customs clearance, CITES, Certificate of origins and other customs documents.
• Conduct logistics quality inspections to maintain high standards
• Monitor vendor KPIs to optimize costs, maximize capacity, and drive improvement actions.
• Liase with warehouse, commercial teams, and stores to ensure timely shipments

2. Inventory Control

• Conduct weekly reconciliation and stock closing of actual stocks with external warehouse systems
• Monitor sales and control the stock levels

3. Cost Management

• Manage import/export logistics incidental cost closing with Customs agency
• Handle customs duty payment request/refund
• Oversee label printing, pricing, and value=added services in warehouse
• Manage budgeting
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and report to APAC head on a weekly-basis

4. Project Management      

• Ensure efficient logistics management for events, pop-ups, etc by considering business plans
• Provide and share logistics guidance to key stakeholders

Qualification:

• BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
• Minimum 12 years of related working experience
• Experiences in Fashion / Luxury / Retail industry preferred
• Experienced to manage 3PL (several kinds of external service providers)
• Strong engagement and leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders across various functions
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
• Autonomous, proactive
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Stealth experience mandatory; SAP experience is a plus
