Job Title : Retail Specialist – Jil Sander, Diesel

Report to : Retail Manager

Location : Seoul, Korea

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, along with competitor sales and trend analysis for HQ
• Monitor store target/KPI achievement progress and propose all necessary action plans for Retail Manager
• Provide support to the Retail Manager in tracking incentive target progress and updating monthly results
• Engage with department store personnel to facilitate smooth communication for monthly store sales promotions (e.g., Voucher, EDM)
• Collect and analyze customer database and share CRM report with related teams to develop customer strategy
• Prepare and support monthly manager meetings (e.g., preparing meeting materials, recap, and following up on store requests)

Qualification:

• BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; preferably in luxury retail industry
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills in retail business control
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
