Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Report to: HR Manager
Location: Seoul, Korea
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
[Talent Acquisition]
- Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment process across multiple positions (store&office), including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate engagement.
- Proactively identify and recommend new and innovative sources to recruit competitive candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment metrics in the HR dashboard.
- Support and execute employer branding initiatives (e.g., career site content, recruitment campaigns, events)
- Coordinate ad-hoc staffing projects and peak season staffing as needed.
- Manage relationships with headhunting agencies and sourcing platforms.
[HRIS and People Data Management]
- Manage employee data and organizational structure in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor time and attendance data using Shiftee, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integration.
- Support data-related processes for pension, benefits, and contract updates.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic HR decisions.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with local labor regulations.
[Employee Lifecycle & Compliance]
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, system setup/exit, and internal notifications.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts (regular and temporary).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, payroll, security) to ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
Qualification:
· BA degree or above in HR, Business, or a related field.
· Min. 6 years of experience in HR department, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, preferably in Luxury Retail industry
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
· Recruitment and Interviewing Skills are preferred
· Hands-on experience with Shiftee is a plus
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Proficiency in MS Office
