MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Visual Displays

• Develop and implement seasonal display updates across all stores and ensure the presentation aligns with the global VM guidelines.
• Collaborate with the HQ VM team to develop and localize VM animation strategies that reflect brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Provide training and guidelines for store staff on VM principles and brand standards.
• Coordinate store visit schedule considering product launching and delivery schedule.
• The photograph displays results to report to HQ and share with other stores.
• Follow Up on store opening and ad-hoc projects.

2. Inventory Management

• Manage all props orders
• Distribute HQ’S new props to stores and provide instructions about usage and maintenance.
• Cooperate with store staff to conduct regular inventory check.
• Visit warehouse to conduct inventory check and dispose old props.

3. KPIs Analysis and Reporting            

• Liaise with Store Managers to monitor sales performance.
• Manage seasonal VM budget.

Qualification:

• BA degree or above Fashion or Design (Art) major
• Min. 6 years of relevant experience in Fashion or Consumer Goods industry
• Qualitative visual merchandising skills
• Understanding fashion basic knowledge in luxury market
• Proactive mindset and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
