MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Retail Development
2. Implement the strategy of the brand in a consistent way and adapt it to local demands
3. Build up store network for each brand; Maison Margiela, Marni, Jil Sander, Diesel
4. Efficiently negotiate with landlords regarding new project, business development and retail network
5. Manage and negotiate the lease contract with landlords on critical terms and conditions
6. Manage new retail network project; new open, relocation, extension and pop-up

1. Budget and Analysis 
2. Plan sales target in cooperation with Finance and MD and aim to achieve the performance
3. Constantly analyze sales performance and KPIs
4. Report on sales, costs and business performance according to company requirements in order to emphasize new opportunities and implement effective measures
5. Report market and store sales trend to AP and brand HQ in order to discuss further development through new potential projects in new market
6. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly executive summary report for each brand

1. Store Operations Management
2. Implement and develop the retail excellence in accordance with HQ’s guidelines
3. Ensure administration procedures and timing are respected in line with the global policy from HQs
4. Monitor and handle outstanding CS claims within the respective area

1. People Management             
2. Recruit qualified all levels of store staffs and manage performance 
3. Assist store staff in handling all delicate situations regarding sales activities or after sales

Qualification:

• BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Retail industry
• Deep insight into the retail fashion business
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
