Job Title : Retail Operation Intern – Maison Margiela, Marni, Diesel, Jil Sander

Report to : Retail Operation Manager

Location : Seoul, Korea

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle daily operational requests from stores to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and manage uniform stock across stores, including allocation, retrieval, and disposal.
• Monitor and order uniforms and consumable materials based on store requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes related to supplies for store operations. (e.g. uniforms, business cards, name tags, and work phones)
• Consolidate monthly store staffing plans to ensure compliance with local guidelines.
• Assist Retail team such as store opening projects, pop-ups, in-store activities
• Responsible for managing and sourcing vendors for stationery to ensure and timely and cost-effective supply.

Qualification:

• BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
• 0~2 years of related working experience; preferably in Retail industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, proactive and detail-oriented
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
